Free Floor Time – All Ages
Enjoy a safe, flexible indoor space designed for movement, play, and staying active together as a family! This drop-in opportunity is a great way to burn energy, build healthy habits, and stay active year-round—no matter the weather.
You can enjoy walking or jogging the perimeter, bodyweight fitness circuits, stretching, or yoga, or take part in parent-and-child active play. Bring your own clean equipment such as bikes, scooters, soft play items, or sports practice gear to support skills development and fun, active movement.
This is a great space to support physical literacy, coordination, and family connection in a welcoming indoor environment. Clean indoor shoes required. No equipment provided. No session Oct 12.
Activities permitted:
• Walking & jogging around the perimeter
• Bodyweight circuits, fitness, stretching & yoga
• Parent & child active play
• Clean bikes & scooters
• Sports skills & drills (soft practice balls, plastic sticks, mini nets)
Activities not permitted:
• Full court games or set-ups (pickleball, lacrosse, roller derby, floor/ball hockey, etc.)
• Hard equipment (wooden hockey sticks, golf balls/clubs, softballs, baseballs, lacrosse balls, pucks, etc.)

Birthday Parties
Celebrate with us!
Choose from Everyone Plays, Sports, Roller Skating or Ice Skating.
Parties are $189 + GST for up to 25 guests.
Parties with 26–60 guests are $299 + GST.
All parties are 2 hours and include a party attendant to help get things started and keep everyone engaged, except Ice Skating Option 1.
Booking Information: A minimum of 14 days’ notice is required. A signed contract and full payment are required at the time of booking.
Party rooms comfortably accommodate 15–20 people.
Parties are available October–May, with Ice Skating available until March 31.
At Hassen Arena, concession snacks and drinks can be made available with 14 days’ notice, or you may bring your own. Call 250-546-9456 ext. 104 for available dates and times.
Everyone Plays
Ages 10 and under | Hassen Arena
Kids can enjoy activity stations with large balls and fun games, while the other end of the arena is available for their own clean bikes, scooters, skates, rollerblades or skateboards. $189 + GST
Sports Party
Ages 6+ | Hassen Arena
Choose floor/ball hockey, basketball, soccer, or all three! Equipment is provided and ready for play. $189 + GST
Roller Skating
Ages 7+ | Hassen Arena
Enjoy a roller disco with music and disco lights! Bring your own roller skates/blades or use the arena’s skates (adult size 3+). Helmets are recommended but not provided. $189 + GST
Ice Skating
Available until March 31 | Sunbelt Arena
Bring your own skates; rentals are not available.
Option 1 – Private Ice: Enjoy one hour of private ice for hockey, ringette or skating, plus two hours in the party room. Nets are provided. No party attendant. $189 + GST with no 25-person limit.
Option 2 – Family Ice: Join Sunday public Family Ice Time from 3:30–5:30 p.m. and enjoy two hours on the ice plus the private party room. Participants pay the $5 public skate fee per person on the day, plus $62.62 + GST for the party room at booking. The room must be booked and paid for in advance.
